Details Upgrade of HelpDesk Software From Version 2 to Version 3

On 09/16/2006 Orange County Online, Inc. upgraded our HelpDesk Software from Kayako eSupport Version 2 to Version 3.

With it's enhanced feature set and interface it will better help us in addressing Support Questions and managing Support Tickets.
